Raquel Bell came to real estate the long way around. A graduate of Dillard University and a former Fortune 500 leasing agent, she spent years learning how large organizations negotiate, underwrite, and protect their interests, then brought that discipline to families making the biggest financial decision of their lives.

Today she is a top-producing REALTOR® with Keller Williams Signature, specializing in luxury and custom homes across Katy, Fulshear, and Fort Bend County. She ranks in the top 1% of REALTORS® in the Greater Houston area and holds a 4.99 out of 5.00 client rating across 118 verified surveys.

That distinction shapes everything about how she works. She does not rush clients toward a signature. She talks sellers out of prices they're emotionally attached to when the comparables don't support them, and she tells buyers when a house is wrong for them even when the commission would be easy. Her attention to a client's interests extends well past closing, which is why so much of her business now comes from people she sold to years ago.

Beyond the transaction, Raquel serves on the board of Home Ownership for People Everywhere (H.O.P.E.), working to expand access to ownership in communities that have historically been shut out of it. She is also a real estate consultant and investor, which gives her a perspective most agents simply don't have when advising clients on long-term value.
